Refund & Returns Policy
At ArmanBalance, we strive to deliver digital products of the highest quality for spa and wellness professionals. Since our offerings are digital downloads, we provide instant access immediately after purchase — meaning that traditional returns or exchanges do not apply as they would for physical goods. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we stand behind every toolkit we create.
1. Digital Product Nature
All items sold through ArmanBalance are digital in nature — such as templates, PDF guides, spreadsheets, Notion systems, sound packs, and other downloadable files. Once a purchase is completed, access to these files is granted immediately. Because digital content cannot be “returned,” refunds are generally not issued after download.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Duplicate purchases made by mistake.
- Files that are corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible after download.
- Product received is substantially different from its description.
Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days with your order ID and details of the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after download.
- Incorrect product or variant purchased.
- Device, software, or connection incompatibility.
- Expectations beyond stated product features.
4. Technical Support & Replacement
If you experience any technical issues (corrupted file, missing pages, etc.), contact us at support team. We will provide a corrected or replacement file at no cost.
5. Dispute Resolution
Each refund case is reviewed individually to ensure fairness. If approved, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used for purchase.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Bank or payment gateway delays may extend this slightly.
7. Updates & Changes
ArmanBalance reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
